Code Mono by Ellen Wille in Sandy Blonde Rooted

Code Mono is a long, sleek style by Ellen Wille. This wig is great for someone who is looking for a lower density wig, as the hair is fairly thin and has light, wispy layers. She features long face framing layers with side sweeping fringe that is just long enough to tuck behind your ears, if you wish to do so. Code Mono’s thin, sleek look and feel is the perfect long layered style.

This beautiful style, while synthetic, can still be styled to fit your unique personality! As Jessica shows, it can be combed down for the ultimate sleek look, or you can pull the layers forward creating more texture and volume for a fun, edgy style. Code Mono is a Petite/Average sized wig. Jessica Reese, featured in the photos, generally wears a petite size and Code Mono “fits like a glove,” she says. This is a synthetic wig that includes a lace front, monofilament part, open wefting, and adjustable straps. The monofilament part allows for a natural looking part line. Code Mono is styled with a left part, so I would recommend this wig if you are already used to wearing your part on the left, as the parting cannot be changed.

The lace front creates natural looking growth of hair at the frontline of the wig. As you can see, the fibers are light in color, so the knots are very natural looking, and are not too thick. This allows you to brush the hair away from your face without the red alert of “I’m wearing a wig, everyone!” She can even be styled into a beautiful braid, or pulled up into a ponytail! Code Mono measures 4 ounces in weight and has open wefting that allows your scalp to breath, creating a more comfortable cooler feel, perfect for summer! The color shown is Sandy Blonde Rooted, and is comparable to Jon Renau’s famous 12FS8, or Shaded Praline. This is a very natural looking blonde with darker colored roots. The front/fringe measures 5”, the crown 10.5”, and the sides and nape are 11.5” in length. This style looks great on those with diamond, heart, oval, round, or square face shapes.
