Patti’s Signature Hairline™ replicates the natural hair look by camouflaging the front hairline of the wig with small hairs where it meets the scalp. 


My Sizing™ involves taking in the wig cap to your measurements with temporary hand sewing.  If your hair is growing in, the sewing can be cut away to allow the wig to fit well as the hair grows.  Standard wigs fit over 95% of women.  My Sizing™ enables women with small heads to get a great fit too!

    I asked for deluxe customization for my Toasted Marshmallow Petite Lily wig......I couldn't be happier. Patti's Pearls did an excellent job. I ordered a second Petite Lily and asked that Patti's Pearls do their magic again. Lily wig is just delightful and just a brief shake brings all the fibers to attention. Some finger combing and VOILA a hairdo that is just as awesome as the wig. I might be ordering a third in another color.
